By engaging East Africa Website Designers for web design and digital services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
We provide web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services as agreed in your project proposal. All project scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 50 percent is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on project completion before the website goes live. Payment can be made via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, or as otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
East Africa Website Designers is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
